Each experience is carefully designed and can be tailored depending on your location and availability.

2. Request Availability

Submit your preferred date and experience.

Our team will confirm availability and provide all necessary details, including vehicle options, timing and requirements.

5. Delivery & Handover

On the day of your experience:

• The vehicle is delivered directly to your hotel or agreed location

• A brief introduction and vehicle handover takes place

• The rental agreement is signed directly with our trusted partner

The security deposit is processed at this stage via credit card.

6. Enjoy the Drive

Follow a carefully curated route through the most iconic Dolomites roads.

Each experience combines:

• Scenic driving routes

• Iconic mountain passes

• Selected panoramic stops

3. Confirm Your Booking

To secure your experience:

• Bookings made within 3 days of the scheduled date require full payment at the time of booking

• Bookings made earlier may be secured with a partial payment, with the remaining balance due no later than 3 days before the experience

Once confirmed, you will receive a complete overview of your experience.

7. Return & Completion

At the end of the experience:

• The vehicle is returned at the agreed location

• A brief check is carried out

• The security deposit is released according to the rental partner’s terms

Important Information

• Drivers must meet minimum age and driving licence requirements

• A valid credit card is required for the security deposit

• The vehicle rental agreement is concluded directly with the rental partner

4. Pre-Experience Check

Before your drive, we ensure everything is properly arranged:

• Final vehicle confirmation

• Timing and meeting point

• Driving requirements verification

A valid credit card with sufficient available limit is required for the security deposit, which typically ranges between €5,000 and €15,000 depending on the selected vehicle.

The deposit is processed as a temporary hold (pre-authorization) and is released after the experience, usually within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank and payment provider.
