Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in the driving experiences provided by Dolomites Supercar Experience.
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Nature of the Service
Dolomites Supercar Experience provides a luxury driving experience and logistics service.
Vehicle rental services are provided by independent third-party rental partners.
A separate rental agreement will be concluded directly between the client and the rental partner.
Dolomites Supercar Experience is not responsible for the rental contract, vehicle condition, or any damages arising from vehicle use.
3.Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm the experience.
For bookings made within 3 days of the scheduled experience, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For bookings made more than 3 days in advance, a partial payment may be accepted to secure the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled experience.
A portion of the total amount may be classified as a non-refundable reservation and experience fee.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
4. Security Deposit
A security deposit is required by the rental partner and must be provided via a valid credit card with sufficient available limit at the time of vehicle delivery and contract signing.
The deposit is processed as a pre-authorization (temporary hold) and typically ranges between €5,000 and €15,000 depending on the selected vehicle. Certain high-performance models may require a higher deposit.
The pre-authorized amount is released after the experience in accordance with the rental partner’s terms. Depending on your bank, it may take approximately 3 to 5 working days for the funds to become fully available again.
Failure to provide a valid credit card with sufficient available funds will result in cancellation of the experience without refund.
We recommend ensuring your card has sufficient available limit prior to the experience..
5. Driver Requirements
Drivers must:
be at least 25 years old
hold a valid driving licence for a minimum of 5 years
For selected high-performance vehicles, a minimum of 10 years of driving experience may be required.
Additional requirements may apply depending on the selected vehicle.
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy
All bookings are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No refunds will be issued in the following cases:
failure to meet driver requirements
failure to provide a valid credit card for the security deposit
late arrival or no-show
In case of cancellation due to supplier unavailability or unforeseen operational issues, an alternative date, vehicle, or experience may be offered.
7. Experience Modifications
Routes, vehicles, and schedules may be subject to change due to:
weather conditions
road closures
vehicle availability
safety considerations
Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.
8. Liability
Dolomites Supercar Experience acts solely as an experience provider and coordinator.
The client acknowledges that:
the rental agreement is directly with the rental partner
all responsibilities related to the vehicle, including damages, fines, or misuse, are governed by the rental contract
Dolomites Supercar Experience shall not be held liable for:
vehicle-related issues
accidents or damages
delays caused by third parties
9. Insurance
Insurance coverage is provided by the rental partner and is subject to the terms outlined in the rental agreement.
Clients are responsible for understanding the insurance coverage and any applicable excess or liability.
10. Conduct & Responsibility
Clients are expected to:
drive responsibly and comply with all traffic laws
follow instructions provided before and during the experience
Any unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the experience without refund.
11. Force Majeure
Dolomites Supercar Experience shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
extreme weather
natural events
government restrictions
12. Acceptance
By proceeding with a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.
If the fuel level is lower upon return, the cost of the missing fuel may be charged, along with a refuelling service fee of €60.
The fuel level will be verified at both delivery and return.
Required Documents
The following documents are required at the time of vehicle delivery:
A valid credit card with sufficient available limit for the security deposit
A valid driving licence
A valid ID or passport
All documents must be original, valid, and presented in person.
Mileage & Route Policy
Each experience follows a carefully designed route with an estimated driving distance.
A small deviation from the planned route is allowed; however, significant deviations exceeding approximately 15 km may result in additional charges.
Any additional distance may be charged at a rate between €4 and €7 per km, depending on the selected vehicle.
